For landlords · Egypt

List your property with someone who checks.Verified ownership. Serious tenants.

I help Western families and remote workers relocating to Egypt find somewhere to live. Before I advertise any property I confirm who owns it and who has the authority to let it — which is why the tenants I send are ready to move, not just browsing.

How it works

  1. 01

    You send the details

The form below — the property, the terms, and who has authority to let it. Ten minutes, and you only do it once.

  2. 02

    I verify ownership and ID

I check the ownership or authority documents and confirm your identity. This is the step most listings skip, and it's the reason tenants trust the ones I advertise.

  3. 03

    It goes live

Once verified, I market the property to the families and remote workers I already work with — and pass on enquiries that are actually serious.

How I reach you

Used to confirm details and arrange access for photos and viewings.

Include the country code, e.g. +20 10 1234 5678.
Is WhatsApp on that same number?
Where are you based? *So I know when to call you, and whether you'll be here for viewings.
Where the property is02 — Location

Where the property is

The exact unit and building number stay private. Only the area and compound appear in the advert.

e.g. Maadi, Zamalek, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed.
Leave blank if it's not in a compound.
e.g. ground, 3rd, top floor.
Helps tenants place it, and helps me find it.
Open Google Maps, drop a pin on the building, tap Share, paste the link here.

What you're letting

Be accurate here. Anything that doesn't match what a tenant sees on the viewing costs us both the deal.

Give me your realistic figure. I'll tell you honestly if it sits above what the area is achieving.

Agency fee expectations, post-dated cheques, bank transfer only, and so on.

Do you want it managed?05 — Management

Do you want it managed?

Some landlords want the tenant found and nothing more. Others — particularly those living abroad — would rather hand the whole thing over. Both are fine; this just tells me which conversation to have.

Would you like me to manage the property after the tenant moves in?
Your right to let it06 — Ownership

Your right to let it

I check this on every property, no exceptions. It's what stops someone listing a unit they don't control, and it's why tenants take my listings seriously.

What is your relationship to the property? *
A customary contract is completely normal in Egypt — I just need to know which it is so I ask for the right paperwork.
Does anyone else have authority over this property? *A joint owner, spouse, sibling, other heirs, a company, or anyone whose agreement is needed to let it.
Is another agent or broker already marketing this property? *
Which documents can you produce on request?

Don't send anything yet — just tick what you can produce. Once we've spoken I'll tell you exactly what to send and where.

I normally come back within two working days. Nothing is advertised until ownership and identity are verified.
